Your cottage is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure you leave the cottage at 12 am.
We will hold the room for you until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you will arrive later than that you need to let us know, so as not to risk that someone else has rented it once you arrive.
Even if the cottages are a bit apart, we ask you to kindly respect your neighbors and keep a low profile after 10 pm.
Please also note that there are children here so drive VERY carefully as you come to, or leave, your cottage!
When you have completed a booking request, you will receive an e-mail from us with the below payment instructions:
We can keep the reservation for you for 10 days without any obligations from your part. If you want the reservation to become confirmed however, we need a downpayment of at least the booking fee SEK 500 within the 10 day period.
At the latest 40 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay your balance.
If it is less than 40 days until your arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount, within 5 days.
Of course you are allways welcome to pay the total amount at once!
You can easily pay through PayPal using your PayPal account or credit card.

Don’t forget to state your booking nr and last name as reference!
If you have a Swedish bank account please pay instead directly to our account using our bank giro (more about that in the e-mail you receive after completing the booking).
If you wish to cancel your reservation more than four weeks before the rental period, you will be refunded the full amount paid, except for the booking fee.
If you cancel your reservation two to four weeks before the rental period, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid, except for the booking fee.
If canceled less than two weeks before the rental period, there is no refund.
